Firststep Resource was established by Curtis Waldman in 2005 who has over 20 years of recruiting experience in both healthcare and information technology. Curtis previously built a Pharmacy Division from the ground up, at a very prominent healthcare search firm, prior to creating Firststep Resource. Curtis has established himself as one of the most respected boutique recruiters in the market today.
